Enthusiasts of Wagamama will know that ramen is a Japanese dish comprising of noodles and some variety of broth with additional vegetables and/or meat. This variety of dish is perfect for learners to recreate, as it involves negligible ability, minimum time and nominal dollars!

Ingredients

  • Miso paste – this will come in both sachets or jars. If you are using miso from a jar, you’ll want all over a tablespoon.

  1. Garnish the bowl with your mint, coriander, basil and spring onions, adopted by a squirt of lime juice over the top. If you like heat – you can also add chilli flakes at this point as very well.

 

  1. Seize a ramen ladle or a massive spoon and some chop sticks and tuck in
