Vietnamese Pizza (Banh Trang Nuong)

Substances:

For the Pizza:

1 package deal of thick rice paper (3 Women Manufacturer or equivalent)
1.5 oz dried shiitake mushrooms
1 pound mushrooms (a mix of cremini, shiitake, oyster, king)
3 to 4 Tablespoons of Canola (or Vegetable) oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 shallot or ½ compact red onion (finely chopped)
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
6 eggs (overwhelmed)
Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Garnish:

½ cup sliced scallions (environmentally friendly onion)
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 Tablespoon sizzling sauce
Bonito flakes
Crispy shallots
Kewpie mayonnaise
Pickled carrot and/or daikon radish
Cilantro leaves

Machines:

Chef’s knife
Cutting board
Modest saucepan or pot
2x Medium bowl
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Kitchen area spoon
Spatula
Medium saute pan
Massive saute pan (or forged iron pan)

Procedure:

1. Deliver somewhere around 1 cup of drinking water to a boil.

2. Place the dried mushrooms in a bowl, address with the boiling water, and permit sit for one particular hour.

3. Drain the drinking water, pat the soaked mushrooms dry, and mince the soaked mushrooms.

4. Chop the new, combined mushroom till they are around the size of a pea.

5. Position a medium pan on the stove and heat working with medium heat.
